SELLING AT LAGANSIDE
You can transport your items yourself, or we can arrange that for you. For smaller and more valuable consignments, transport will often be free of charge. For larger consignments, including estate clearances, we can estimate removal costs for you. These costs, along with auction commission, are deducted from proceeds of sale.
SELLING COSTS AND RESERVES
You will be provided with a receipt for your items that will include the auction date and selling costs, along with details of estimates and where applicable, reserve prices. If any offer, within 10% of the reserved price is received by the auction, that bid will be accepted on the vendors behalf. If there is no reserve price, any offer we receive that is considered "fair" will be accepted.
POST AUCTION AND PAYMENT
Payment can be made in cash, cheque or bank transfer, on the Wednesday following the sale. Depending on the item being paid for.
Any unsold lots that were previously subject to a reserve price or estimate are automatically entered into the next sale without reserve.
